Job Description for Equipment Store Officer for TotalEnergies
The Equipment Store Officer will be responsible for the following activities:
- Acknowledging all goods received from suppliers and ensuring they meet the required specifications.
- Conducting pre-stock taking exercises to ascertain inventory of all goods and monitoring the consumption of stock items.
- Requesting re-order on low stock of items.
- Ensuring accountability in the dispatch of goods and equipment to various users, and maintaining physical and SAP balance tallies at all times.
- Storing items according to their Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) and Technical Data Sheet (TDS) received from suppliers for safe storing.
- Periodically updating equipment in the warehouse and communicating the same to concerned users.
- Maintaining good housekeeping in the warehouse, ensuring proper stacking, and palletizing of goods.
- Reporting cases of all near misses and anomalies recorded at the warehouse.
